HELPFUL DETAILS
You’ll get 3-weeks of structured coach-led strength training focused on building muscle and improving technique. Every session has a clear plan and is guided by an experienced coach.
Every session is run by a coach, from start to finish. Every exercise is demonstrated and explained. You won’t be left second guessing your technique because the coach will be watching and correcting you.
We run 60-minute sessions between 5:30-830AM & 4:30-7:30PM Monday to Friday and 8-9AM Saturday.

You don’t need prior lifting experience, but a basic understanding or some experience in the common barbell movements (squat, bench press, deadlift) is helpful. We’ll teach you how to lift properly, but you do need to want to train properly.
If you’re looking for HIIT type classes or cardio-based workouts, this isn’t for you. We focus on strength, muscle building and long-term progression. This requires both structure and consistency. We train in a group environment, so if you prefer training alone, this isn’t a place for you.
We’ll contact you, walk you through how iLIFT works and make sure you’re booked into your first session. You won’t be left to figure it out yourself.
