Squats take the center stage in this session, with deadlifts making a strong guest appearance second. Then it’s all about packing muscles on your legs, building a thicker back and chiselling abs that demand attention. It’s a gruelling session, so make sure you’re well fed and caffeinated before you turn up.
Bench Press is the star of the show in this session. After that you’ll double down on more chest work, then hit shoulders & lats, delts & triceps in back-to-back supersets. And if your shirt isn’t splitting yet, it all ends with an upper-body finisher that leaves nothing in the tank. Many sensations will be felt, but you’ll leave energised and ready to take on the day and needing a new shirt.
No heavy exercises today because the one is all about chasing the PUMP. Expect AMRAP’s, drop-sets and pyramid sets to torch your entire body and wake you up if you’re feeling sluggish at the start. We’re pushing muscular endurance to the edge in this session and finishing strong with a full-body giant set. This session might leave you feeling defeated in the gym, but unstoppable in real-life.
It’s basically like Monday but on Thursday. This session shines the light on deadlifts first and squats second. Then it’s all about hammering the hamstrings, building a really thick dumpy/peach/bum/glutes and training your core to directly improve your bracing for big compound lifts. This one is a must-do session every week and you might need a nap afterwards.
This one’s different. It kicks off with a secondary Bench Press variation, but shifts gears because it’s not a session to be redlining. It’s about training all the areas that people usually skimp on so that you can keep training injury-free, feeling good and give the mind a small break from the hard training week. No pump-chasing, just quality, controlled movement to prime you for the weekend. No preworkout needed.
This session is about getting together with the crew on Saturday mornings and slinging barbells. Every LIFTCLUB session will have a squat, press and deadlift exercise which’ll rock your socks. They’re designed to make you find your demons and fight them. And just when you think you’re done, iLIFT will dish up a challenge that’s only achievable as a group.
