Our Gym Manager will reach out via text within the hour. We’ll walk you through how everything works, answer any questions you have, and make sure you’re booked into your first session. You won’t be left to figure anything out on your own.
3 full weeks of coach-led group strength training. Every session is structured, coached from start to finish, and designed to focus on technique above all else. Most people tell us they wish they’d started sooner!
A single personal training session in Brisbane typically costs $80-$120. For $59 you get 3-weeks of solid strength training & coaching in every session. The trial is deliberately priced to make the decision easy. We’d rather you experience iLIFT than wonder about it.

iLIFT attracts people at all levels – from first-time lifters to experienced lifters. The group environment is focused and welcoming, never competitive or intimidating. Most of our members were nervous before their first session and surprised by how comfortable it felt.
Just yourself. Arrive 10 minutes before your session starts and the coach will take care of everything from there. Wear comfortable training clothes and bring a water bottle.
